- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fill each muffin cup about ⅔ full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost the muffins with green frosting and decorate with candy eyeballs and Halloween sprinkles to create a spooky Witch’s Brew effect.
