  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • 150 grams of dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 300 grams of fresh fruits (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 225 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 240 grams of yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 2 teaspoons of food coloring (red and pink)
  • 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Gradually add flour and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out shapes with the heart-shaped cutter.
  • Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool before decorating.
  • Wash and dry fresh strawberries. Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each strawberry halfway into the chocolate and set on lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
  • Layer Greek yogurt, sliced strawberries, and granola in a glass or jar. Repeat layers, finishing with strawberries on top. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and food coloring, mixing well. Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
  • Slice cheese into thin pieces and cut into heart shapes. Arrange on a platter with an array of crackers and optionally add nuts and dried fruit.
