1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup of sprinkles or heart-shaped candies for decoration
Step 1: Prepare your baking dish by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate by combining chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
Step 3: Add vanilla extract and stir until blended. Mix in chopped nuts if using.
Step 4: Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish, cool for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
Step 5: Melt white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk over low heat until smooth.
Step 6: Pour melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet layer, decoration with sprinkles or heart-shaped candies while warm.
Step 7: Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours until firm. Remove from pan using parchment paper edges.
Step 8: Cut into squares or rectangles and serve or package as a gift.
