  • 1/2 cup of sprinkles or heart-shaped candies for decoration
  • Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare your baking dish by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate by combining chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Step 3: Add vanilla extract and stir until blended. Mix in chopped nuts if using.
  • Step 4: Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish, cool for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  • Step 5: Melt white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk over low heat until smooth.
