200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
50 grams of white chocolate (for drizzling)
Sprinkles to taste
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of heavy cream
200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate (for truffles)
Cocoa powder or nuts for coating
Instructions
Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to cool. Optionally, melt white chocolate for drizzling and add sprinkles.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together the butter and sugars, add the eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then gradually add to the wet mixture. Roll out the dough, cut into heart shapes, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with icing.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pan. Mix melted butter, cocoa, and sugar. Stir in eggs one at a time, followed by flour and salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then cool before cutting into squares.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake tins with liners. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another, then combine gently. Pour into liners and bake for 15-18 minutes, then let cool before frosting.
Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate and let sit. Once melted, mix until smooth and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Scoop out, shape into balls, and roll in cocoa powder or nuts.
