  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate (for truffles)
  • Cocoa powder or nuts for coating
  • Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to cool. Optionally, melt white chocolate for drizzling and add sprinkles.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together the butter and sugars, add the eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then gradually add to the wet mixture. Roll out the dough, cut into heart shapes, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with icing.
