3/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of red and pink sprinkles (optional)
1/2 cup of chopped strawberries (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
