  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Instructions

  • Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the turmeric garlic sauce by sautéing garlic in olive oil, then adding turmeric, red pepper flakes, coconut milk, and lime juice. Simmer until thickened.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Pour the turmeric garlic sauce over the grilled shrimp, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
