½ grapefruit, peeled

1 cup spinach
½ cup water or coconut water (adjust to desired consistency)

Instructions
Peel the orange, grapefruit, and lemon. Removing the peel is important to avoid any bitterness in your smoothie.
Add the peeled fruits, ginger, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper (if using), flaxseeds, spinach, and water or coconut water to a blender.
