  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup water or coconut water (adjust to desired consistency)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Peel the orange, grapefruit, and lemon. Removing the peel is important to avoid any bitterness in your smoothie.
  • Add the peeled fruits, ginger, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper (if using), flaxseeds, spinach, and water or coconut water to a blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water or coconut water until it reaches your desired consistency.
