2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
Prepare the Chickpeas: In a large bowl, combine the rinsed and drained chickpeas, sliced red onion, diced red bell pepper, minced jalapeno pepper, and chopped cilantro.
