Instructions
Combine Ingredients: Place all the ingredients – mixed berries, yogurt, liquid (water, almond milk, or coconut water), flaxseed meal, honey or maple syrup (if using), and grated ginger – into a blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you’re using fresh berries, add a handful of ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
