- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or other milk alternative)
- Optional: 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
- Optional: Honey or Maple Syrup to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen berries or a few ice cubes.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness as needed by adding a touch of honey or maple syrup.
- Serve Immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! For an extra touch, sprinkle a few chia seeds or flaxseed meal on top.
