  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, halved
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop all the vegetables according to the ingredient list. Place them in a large bowl.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), turmeric powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Marinate the Vegetables: Pour the turmeric lemon dressing over the vegetables in the bowl. Toss well to make sure all the vegetables are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F or 190-200°C).
