1 frozen banana

Instructions
Prep the Ingredients: Wash the spinach thoroughly. Peel and pit the avocado. If using, measure out the chia seeds or flaxseeds.
Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, spinach, frozen banana, honey (or maple syrup), and almond milk.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
