Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together.
- Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the egg mixture and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Distribute the batter among the ramekins, filling them ¾ full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
- Let cool for a minute before inverting onto plates and serve immediately.
