1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
A pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prep the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Make sure they’re roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
Season the Florets: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Make sure every floret is coated evenly with the mixture.
Spread on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake to Perfection: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly golden brown. You might want to flip the florets halfway through for even browning.
